Roof Top Treks (“we”, “us”) is an independent, non-commercial guide to trekking in Nepal. We try to collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we do collect and why.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you message us, we receive the name, email and message you submit, so we can reply. We don't use it for marketing.
- Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally and does not follow you across other sites.
- No tracking cookies. We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser only.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links to gear are affiliate links. When you click them, the destination retailer (e.g. Amazon) may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.
Your choices
You can use the site without submitting any personal information. To request deletion of a message you've sent us, email hello@rooftoptreks.com.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
